Really good Boutique Experience

The location was very convenient to bus and metro stations. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful (always available when needed). The restaurant offers high-quality food. The waiting time was appropriate. Rooms have ample space, many details, and reflect the ambience and style of the hotel.

I had an issue with the room temperature, which remained too warm despite my requests to have it adjusted. This impacted my sleep quality.

Breakfast provided many choices and excellent service (especially the server). The restaurant offered high-quality food, so I did not need to wait too long. Alin-Philippe was kind and provided great hospitality at breakfast.

The staff was super helpful. Roman was friendly, polite, and attentive. Nicolas assisted with getting us settled. Solene, Axel, Aurèlie, Mehmet, and Sandra all answered all questions promptly.

The suite included many over-the-top extras like complimentary daily snacks, waters, coffee and tea and a fancy Toto toilet. The rooms were beautiful and there was tremendous attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and I slept well.

The room had a great view of the eiffel tower. It enhanced the stay! the gourmet bar included good treats. breakfast was a definite highlight. The presentation was beautiful. it really stood out!

Some staff did not seem knowledgeable about services expected in a 5 star hotel. Reception was slow! i asked for larger teacups. The cleaning lady took them at night. room service requests sometimes never happened. That was quite annoying!

missing towels unappealing view

The service was spotty. Some requests vanished into thin air. I asked for extra towels one evening, but they never arrived. my room overlooked something unappealing. A service area, I think. It certainly detracted from any sense of luxury the hotel tried to project.
